Anti-Discrimination and Sexual Violence Prevention Programs at FIB Unpad

The Faculty of Cultural Studies at Universitas Padjadjaran (FIB Unpad) actively implements programs to promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful campus environment for both students and staff. Among these initiatives are Halo Bu Dekan, accessible via WhatsApp, and the Satgas PPKS (Sexual Violence Prevention Task Force), which address issues of discrimination and sexual harassment.

Halo Bu Dekan provides an easy and direct communication channel for students and staff to report concerns, seek guidance, or share experiences related to harassment or unfair treatment. Meanwhile, Satgas PPKS coordinates preventive and educational activities, workshops, and campaigns aimed at raising awareness about sexual violence, promoting consent, and fostering a culture of respect.

Through these programs, FIB Unpad demonstrates a strong commitment to combating discrimination and sexual harassment, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all members of the academic community. By combining accessible reporting mechanisms, preventive measures, and educational outreach, the faculty strives to build a campus culture grounded in respect, equity, and personal safety.
