JATINANGOR – The Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Padjadjaran (FIB Unpad), has reaffirmed its commitment to the development of science and the enhancement of scientific publication quality. Three scientific journals managed by FIB Unpad have officially earned national SINTA accreditation based on the Decree of the Director General of Science and Technology, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology Number 862/DST/D.1/HM.01.01/2026.
The three journals that achieved SINTA rankings are:
- Metahumaniora – Accredited SINTA 3 (Journal of Language, Literature, and Culture)
- Journal of Linguistic Phenomena – Accredited SINTA 4 (Journal of the Department of Linguistics)
- MIDANG – Accredited SINTA 6 (Journal of Community Engagement)
This achievement serves as tangible proof of FIB Unpad’s consistency in maintaining the quality of scientific work, expanding research accessibility, and facilitating the dissemination of knowledge in the humanities and community service sectors.
Metahumaniora is a Journal of Language, Literature, and Culture published by the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Padjadjaran, since 2012. It aims to disseminate conceptual ideas and research results achieved within the humanities field.
Journal of Linguistic Phenomena is a linguistics journal published by the Department of Linguistics, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Padjadjaran, since 2022. It aims to disseminate conceptual thoughts and research outcomes in the field of linguistics.
Midang is a multidisciplinary scientific Journal of Community Engagement published by the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Padjadjaran. It covers various studies related to community service across multiple disciplines.
Achieving this accreditation directly contributes to SDG 4 (Quality Education), particularly in terms of Improving Research Quality & Scientific Literacy and Knowledge Accessibility.
Hopefully, this achievement will serve as motivation to continue producing innovative works that are not only academically superior but also make a real impact on sustainable development.
